Exclusive Early Release!
We’re pleased to announce the early release of our Stout Cask Finished Rum (2631) - a limited collaboration between two Botany producers, Solander Rum Company and Beer Fontaine.
This release began with our molasses rum matured for 3 years and 10 months in an ex-Heaven Hill 200L bourbon cask, before being transferred into two ex Beer Fontaine Patience 24 Whisky Barrel Imperial Stout casks.

Tasting Notes:
Expect layers of fruit cake, coffee, mocha, stout, cherry cola, grapefruit peel, raisin and Christmas spices with a lingering dark chocolate finish.
Bottled at Cask Strength to retain its full character.
This limited pack showcases the full journey of the release — pairing the rum with the very beer that seasoned its finishing casks, designed for a side-by-side tasting experience.
