October 2025 Newsletter

With spring in full swing — and even feeling a little like summer on occasion — we’re starting to dream about Gin & Tonics, Limoncello Spritzes, and a classic Gin Martini. Check out our Recipe of the Month to learn how to make a freezer door Martini. It’s not only easy to make, but incredibly delicious and refreshing!

We’ve got some excellent markets and festivals coming up in the next few months. We’re especially excited about the Bayside Food & Wine Festival at Mascot on the 1st of November — always a fun day with plenty of local support. This year, we’ll also be attending the Norton Street Italian Festa for the first time, and we’re bringing plenty of Limoncello and Limecello for the occasion!

We’re also pleased to welcome Charlie to our team! She’ll be helping out with markets and events — be sure to say hello if you see her.

Looking for an excuse to visit our Cellar Door?

We’ve recently had a wonderful mural completed to jazz up the bathroom block (it makes a great backdrop, as you can see in the photo above). We’ve also had our logo painted on the roller door. Next on our long term list is giving the garden a bit of a makeover — stay tuned!

Our Cellar Door is Open on Saturdays for tastings and sales 11am till 5pm 31 Salisbury St, Botany.
