Christmas in July – Rum Hot Chocolate at the Cellar Door

If you’ve been meaning to visit our cellar door, here’s your excuse! On Saturday 19 July, we’re celebrating Christmas in July with a free Rum Hot Chocolate with every purchase (while stocks last). Come warm up with a delicious treat and a few bottles for winter sipping!

Everyone loves a Rum Ball!

To celebrate Christmas in July, we experimented with a super simple recipe using a pre-made cake. We found that the floral notes of our White paired beautifully with an orange and poppyseed cake—while chocolate cake and our Aged Rum also made a decadent match. But of course feel free to use your favourite recipe - with our rum!

New Barrel Finishing Project

We’ve teamed up with our local brewery for a barrel swap project. We traded our freshly emptied, gold-medal-winning SRC2632 rum cask and received two smaller ex-Beer Fontaine Stout casks. We’re now finishing a four-year-old rum in them, and we’re loving how it’s coming along. Expect something rich and complex in the coming months!
