Winter has been a busy one here at the distillery with fresh faces, exciting collaborations, delicious new products, and even a new four-legged team member! Here's everything that's been happening...

Firstly, we would like to say a big thank you (and goodbye) to Lucas, who has been part of our distillery team for the past three and a half years. Whether you met him at markets, events, or out and about, you’ll know that he brought plenty of personality, along with a passion for great spirits and cocktails. We wish him all the best in his new adventure.

He (and his freezer door martinis) will definitely be missed!

Introducing Fig Gin Paste and The Fig Lovers Gift Box!

Nothing goes to waste when it comes to great flavour.

Made in collaboration with White Feather, this delicious preserve gives a second life to the caramelised figs used to make our Fig Gin. After soaking in gin, the figs are transformed into a rich paste with hints of citrus and botanicals.

Perfect with brie or camembert, roast meats, or simply spread on fresh bread, it's a must for your next charcuterie board.
