Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Awards - 2025

We are absolutely thrilled and honoured to have received not one, but two major awards at the 2025 Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Awards. Our Cask Strength Rum SRC2632 was announced last night as both Champion Cane Spirit or Rum and Best NSW Distilled Spirit.

I’m so proud of our small team of four – Marty, Lucas, myself, and especially Sam, whose baby our rum project has been from day one. The Best NSW Distilled Spirit trophy will be taking pride of place on her desk!
